AVAILABILITY

There are times of the year when I am unable to take on new client appointments.   During these times, please contact your primary care physician for a referral.

RATES

  Rates vary and are dependent on services offered.  Additional charges are accrued for time spent outside of therapy sessions including letters or phone calls.

PAYMENT

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  In respect of the time set aside for you, there is a $50.00 fee for missed or broken appointments.  This fee is generally not covered by health insurance.
